Because our products are considered hygienic items, we ask that all customers carefully review their orders before completing their purchase. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of the delivery date. To qualify, products must remain:
- Unused and unworn  
- In original condition  
- Free of any odors or product buildup  
- Unwashed, uncolored, and unaltered  
- With all original packaging, tags, and ties intact  

For sanitary reasons, any hair that has been installed, brushed, combed, cut, customized, or chemically altered will not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom wigs or made-to-order units  
- Lace products that have been cut or customized  
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items  
- Gift cards  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or believe your order arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us with:
- Your order number  
- Clear photos of the item  
- A brief description of the issue  

Our team will review the claim and work quickly to provide a replacement, store credit, or approved solution if applicable.

 Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval or denial of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the transaction.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by Dollhouse Mafia. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
