Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom wigs, preorder items, or high-volume sale periods may require additional processing time.

Orders are may not processed on major holidays and/or family emergencies. 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout:

- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout. Dollhouse Mafia is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Dollhouse Mafia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim if necessary.

Delayed Orders

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Dollhouse Mafia is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Shipping carriers

- Weather conditions

- Holidays

- Customs processing

- High order volume

International Shipping

International customers at this time Dollhouse Mafia is not shipping outside USA.

Order Issues

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
